Another Strange Story By Sam.
One day a little white egg was walking down the street in a small country town when he was stood on. The people nearby rushed him to the hospital but it was too late his yoke had gone! His egg family were so sad that they ate him for breakfast. The Egg Parents told all their little baby eggs that when they walked down the streets, they must look out for Big Foot and his brothers, who liked to go about squashing eggs.
On the following day there was more excitement in the town when a mouse jumped out of an aeroplane because it thought it could fly. When the mouse landed on the pavement, it splattered itself over the slabs. At this time a yellow and green cat was sitting on a windowsill. When it saw its dinner on the street, it quickly sprang down and licked all the slabs clean.
This did not please Jimmy who was a local gardener, because he was paid £400 an hour for keeping the street clean. The cat had made his own part of the pavement look very dirty, so he hit it with a baseball bat, which flattened it and turned it into a mat on which people could wipe their feet.
